An AI-native operating system for service work — the delivery and client-collaboration layer a consultancy actually runs on. Being built now, and Table Two Seven is its first user.
TAAKT Watches
A direct-to-consumer watch brand. I designed the watch, sourced the manufacturing in Hong Kong, and built the custom Shopify storefront it sold through. Design, supply chain and the shop, for four years — and it ran inside the General Mills years, not after them.

Designed and built here, alone. No animation library, no CMS, no component kit — motion is IntersectionObserver and CSS, content is files in the repo, and every decision that shaped it is written down as a numbered record next to the code. You are standing in the work.
